Who dreamt the dream of the Institution

Her name is Nisha Singh. She saw light, on the day of Kartik Poorima on November 16 year of 1983 in a hamlet, Khanpur Satwan Distt. Prayagraj U.P. India situated of a rainy river, having a very interesting and mysterious story behind her "Sasur Khaderi".

Since childhood to preliminary education, she passed her life in the village. She got a number of degree and diploma with graduation and master from city side.

As soon as her education is complete two options come to her me in search of a golden future, if she go to administrative service and do basic or she can go to words social services.

After a lots of churn, she saw the mostly people, below the poverty line, Living very hard. With the intention, of improving the economic standard of living and empoying sack hands opted for social service.

To give shape of her imagination first she created an institution called "Nisha Bahuuddesheeya Sarvodaya Sewa Samiti (NBSSS)" and registered under the "Chit and Fund Societies" having the registeration no. AL-33247/2013 on 17 February after this, under the banner of the institution, company in remote villages- helpless, poverty and illiterate women have been skilled under various types of hobby courses by the organization.

To make them self dependant provided employment to make carfts product by the institution. Nearly 5000 women and girls were employed by the organization to provide them employment .

The organization organizes various cultural programmes from time to time in which women and girls are honoured by them dories product, artificial jewellery product, Crosiya work product , woolen work product, moonj product decorative product, toran and other specific types things are made.
